The Hot and Cold Pack is a reusable therapy pack designed to provide targeted relief for a variety of conditions, including muscle aches, joint pain, inflammation, and minor injuries. It can be used either hot or cold, depending on the type of discomfort being treated.

How It Works:
Cold therapy helps reduce swelling and numbs pain by constricting blood vessels, making it ideal for recent injuries or inflammation. Heat therapy relaxes muscles, improves circulation, and eases stiffness, making it suitable for chronic pain or muscle tension.

How to Use:

For Cold Therapy:

  • Place the pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

  • Wrap in a cloth or towel before applying to the skin.

  • Apply to the affected area for up to 20 minutes at a time.

For Heat Therapy:

  • Heat the pack in a microwave (follow manufacturer’s instructions for time and settings).

  • Ensure the pack is warm, not hot, and test temperature before applying.

  • Wrap in a cloth or towel and apply to the affected area for 15–20 minutes.

  • Do not apply directly to broken or sensitive skin.

  • Always allow the pack to return to room temperature before switching between hot and cold use.

  • Clean the pack with a damp cloth as needed; do not machine wash.
